for “Concordance” music festival of Lyon, FR.      





The Concordance music festival takes its name from the French term meaning "the state of being similar, corresponding to the same ideas tending toward the same result." Inspired by this meaning, the central concept of the visual identity was to reflect the idea of unity, harmony, and convergence of ideas through color and design.


To achieve this, a painting was created to symbolize not only the deeper meaning of Concordance but also the energy of the su and the lightness of summer, as the festival took place in June 2024. The vibrant and bright colors represented the warmth of summer, the excitement, and the cultural diversity of the festival.










This color palette served as the foundation for creating a series of color gradients,
each expressing unique yet harmonious combinations These gradients were applied across all elements of the festival's visual identity including posters, programs, signage, and digital content.




    

    




     





The festival's logo was designed using an innovative and creative method: ketchup sauce was used to shape and define the logo's form and dynamics, which was then digitally processed and transformed into a 3D metallic design. This approach highlighted the timelessness, dynamism, and brilliance of the festival, offering a modern and striking aesthetic.





 






Subsequently, a series of videos was produced to showcase the festival's program. Each video was accompanied by unique musical sounds specifically created by the festival’s production team to harmonize with the motion of the colors and typography. These videos enhanced the connection between sound and image bringing the festival's identity to life in a multidimensional way.
